Power Yoga with Zoe

Fridays 19:15-20:15 on specific dates

This class will be relatively fast-paced and strong, linking breath to movement with the aim of creating a moving meditation. Options and modifications will be on offer, with priority always put on what feels right for your body. Expect sun salutations, options for inversions and a long savasana to finish it all off!

ABOUT ZOE

Zoe Bangs photoZoe initially found yoga through Ashtanga where she realised movement was one of the most accessible ways for her to still her own mind, both during the movement itself and the mental space created after it. Having explored a variety of branches of yoga, she completed her 200hr teacher training at the start of 2024 in Power Yoga. She aims to create warm, open and non-judgemental spaces with plenty of options to ensure beginners feel welcome and supported, whilst anyone who wants to challenge themselves is able to do so.
