Pregnancy Yoga with Kinga
Every Thursday 6.30-7.30pm
Please note, no classes on December 19th and 26th, January 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd. This class will resume on 30th January.
This class is suitable for all levels – Beginners welcome.
Pregnancy yoga is intended to support you physically and mentally throughout your journey, and it’s a great way to meet other expectant mothers.
Relaxation, breathing techniques, modified yoga poses, pelvic floor exercises, and pregnancy-safe movements are the main topics of these classes.
Some of the benefits of yoga during pregnancy are:
-Connect with baby bump
-Feel more balanced and calm
-Ease aches & pains
-Improve sleep
-Increase the strength, flexibility & endurance of muscles for birth & labour
-Feel more prepared for birth, labour and beyond
Suitable after 12 weeks with no previous experience needed.
