Vinyasa Flow yoga with Megan
In studio live class on Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm.
Please note, no classes on December 25th and January 1st.
Expect an honest and nourishing vinyasa yoga flow, open to all, including those new to yoga. Nothing fancy. A place where you can show up as you are, breathe, move and reconnect to Self.
All levels are welcome.

About Megan:
Megan is a clinical psychologist working in the NHS. She trained as a yoga teacher with High Yoga School and offers honest, accessible and nourishing vinyasa flow classes. Megan believes in the power of connecting to the breath, body and self; and the importance of slowing down in such urgent times. Megan’s classes are down-to-earth, with an emphasis placed on building community and honouring yoga’s philosophical roots.
