A gentle-paced, grounding flow class allowing extra time in poses for a deeper stretch, ending with a mini meditation & extended savasana. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress. Suzannah will guide you through a slow flow sequence to release tension and find deep relaxation.

ABOUT SUZANNAH
Suzannah (RYT 200) is a dynamic, multi-style yoga teacher based in London, UK. She teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Aerial and Yin, with a strong focus on breathwork.
Her creative approach to sequencing is combined with a passion for all the ways in which yoga can improve our mental health and wellbeing – connecting body & mind. Having recently studied with The Authentic Flow Tribe, Suzannah aims to empower people to listen to their bodies and find their own expression.
