Happy Baby Yoga course

We will inform you when the next course will be organised.

Please contact Daisy-May at isabelledaisymay@hotmail.co.uk

This is a magical moment in your life. Don’t miss it. Yoga can help you to look past the sleeplessness and experience the awe of being a parent.

Whether you were the one to carry and birth the baby, or are simply dealing with a lot less sleep and more anxiety than usual (or both), looking after your body during this special period is vitally important to your well-being, and will reduce the likelihood of you becoming injured or sick.

Gifting yourself a time in the week to mindfully observe your emotional shifts and mental fluctuations at this unique time will also help you to stay in the driving seat and not become overwhelmed.

Play, touch, and communication are not only essential for bonding with your baby, but also for the development of your baby’s brain!

‘It takes a village to raise a child’. Come and meet like-minded parents in your community 🙂

Daisy’s wellness journey began when she picked up ‘Full Catastrophe Living’ by Jon Kabat Zin and discovered that her inner life could be fundamentally transformed by meditative practice.

Feeling compelled to share what she’d learnt with others, she trained to teach Mindfulness in schools with .be (2015) and before long was teaching mindfulness techniques to teenagers nationally.

She aims to create warm, open and non-judgemental spaces with plenty of options to ensure beginners feel welcome and supported, whilst anyone who wants to challenge themselves is able to do so.

About Imogen

photo_2024-11-23 14.09.08Imogen is a South London-based teacher, who started her practice 15 years ago when she stumbled into a Bikram yoga class, without knowing what it would entail or just how hot it would get. Turns out very! Imogen has always been a bit of a physical junkie, and as she’s developed her practice her eyes have been opened to how yoga can provide the much-needed balance to both the physical body and the mind. She trained with Yogahaven, and her practice is ever-evolving. She is always on the hunt for new teachers to learn from and to experience individual styles and approaches.

It wasn’t long before she was practising 10-15 hours a week, exploring different styles, studios and teachers all over the city.

Miranda completed a 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training with Triyoga, and graduated wishing to pass on to others the transformative benefits of a regular yoga practice. Her approach encourages people to aim for integrity before depth, to build strong foundations, and to connect the mind, body & breath.
