Take a pause, breathe and find some stillness as we approach the shortest day in the Northern Hemisphere on 21 December. This marks the official start of winter and the return of longer days ahead!
Nourish the body and mind as we gather in a warm, cosy space to move with gentle flowing yoga sequences, mindful breathwork, restorative practices and finishing off with a grounding yoga nidra.
The solstice is a perfect time to reconnect with yourself in the run-up to the holiday season. It is a time to focus on rest and resilience and set intentions for the coming months.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, and you’ll leave feeling fully rejuvenated and relaxed!
