In this workshop, we explore:

The tradition of hatha yoga is nicely blended with somatic for a practice of self-awareness and mindfulness.

Improve blood flow while staying calm, move better, ease energy blockages without creating tension, enhancing fluidity and spontaneity.
Starting with an intention and self-body awareness the practice moves to asanas, mantras, and pranayama for focus and introspection. Finally, surrender in a relaxed savasana and crystal bowl sound immersion.
The practice is deep, slow and accessible to everyone.
