Morning Hatha with Miranda
This morning hatha class, suitable for all levels, will get your body moving so you are set for the day ahead. The sequence will include gentle hip opening, lengthening and stretching, twists, balances, ankle & shoulder mobility, and focus on the breath.

ABOUT MIRANDA
Miranda’s first career was as a Maths teacher working in secondary schools in London. Her yoga journey began during a turbulent period of her life – she found her first class a challenge, but felt a pull to keep going back. It wasn’t long before she was practising 10-15 hours a week, exploring different styles, studios and teachers all over the city.
Miranda completed a 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training with Triyoga, and graduated wishing to pass on to others the transformative benefits of a regular yoga practice. Her approach encourages people to aim for integrity before depth, to build strong foundations, and to connect the mind, body & breath.
