Class description
This class is aimed for everyone who feels they need to slow down. Or if you are recovering from an injury/illness and need more specific attention. The focus will be on maintaining & improving health & well being.
Marion co-practices with George at the acupuncture clinic at Zen Yoga. She wants to use this class as a way to continue the message of healing from acupuncture into yoga.

About Marion
Marion started yoga in school not being very sporty her 14-year-old self thought it was much better than getting cold and wet outside! She enjoyed the different atmosphere and feeling yoga classes offered at the time. She has been teaching since 2004. Over the years she has gained a lot of experience and trained with many notable teachers who all have influenced her approach to teaching. More information at marionyoga.co.uk
