Pregnancy Yoga with Kinga
Every Thursday 6.30-7.30pm
Please note, no classes on November 7th.
This class is suitable for all levels – Beginners welcome.
As well as a great opportunity to meet other mums-to-be, pregnancy yoga is designed to support you both physically and mentally throughout your journey.
These classes focus on relaxation, breathing, adapted yoga poses, pelvic floor exercises and movements that are safe during pregnancy.
Some of the benefits of yoga during pregnancy are:

-Increase the strength, flexibility & endurance of muscles for birth & labour

Suitable after 12 weeks with no previous experience needed.
