For the next several weeks, join us as we bring alignment and balance to the 7 Chakras, combined with the subtle universal energy of Reiki which you have direct access to. Sound works with intention, and so words weaved into a short meditation will formulate the guided intentional experience as we work with these subtle energies.

As always Sunday afternoons will continue to serve as a gentle re-boot in preparation for the week ahead where therapeutic sounds will help soothe, calm and quieten the mind, triggering your body’s ability to self-regulate and heal.
A time and space to recharge, breathe, and recalibrate your senses, allowing for a balancing effect to take place as we practice the regenerative process of self-care and self-love. We press the pause button, and time the time to simply Relax, Rest, and Restore!
CHAKRAS
In the human body there are seven main chakras that run along the length of the body in alignment with the organs and their specific functions. These rotating vortices of subtle matter, act as energy centres, considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies affecting our health and vitality via the contraction or flow of life energy.
REI-KI
Joh trained in Reiki healing in 1998, a non-invasive healing practise that stimulates the body’s own natural healing capabilities. Rei means ‘spiritual essence’. Ki means ‘energy’, describing the energy of everything. Ki is the same as chi, qi, prana or life force. When something dies, the life force energy of the organism departs.
Working with the subtle energies of the body, reiki radiates through all creation. We have access to this energy and it begins when we bring attention to the subtle awareness of movement and consciousness. It runs through the CHAKRAS, MERIDIANS AND NADIS, passing directly through the organs and tissues of the body.
This energy is freely available to us all! It is both magnetic and electric. We are both magnetic and electrical beings and tapping into this naturally available energy is our birthright!

- The sessions are for ADULTS only, unless otherwise stated at individual events.
- Not advisable during pregnancy within the first 3 months and the last 3 months.
- If you have a pre-existing illness or metal implants (pins, screws, pacemaker etc) please ensure you consult your GP before attending. It may otherwise resonate the metal or change the rhythm of the pacemaker.
- Recent surgery – within the last 6 six weeks.
- If you have a history of serious psychological/mental disturbance, please consult your GP before attending.
- Any condition that is sound sensitive can be triggered by sound – tinnitus, Ménière’s disease, epilepsy,

- Kindly arrive on time so as not to disturb the class. NO ENTRY once class commences.

- Under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- I’m afraid no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
- Please switch off phones during the sound bath.
- NO REFUNDS but tickets may be deferred where possible to next event
CHAKRA BALANCING URBAN MIST SPRAYS
These are handmade products that have been charged and amplified with specific sound healing frequencies relevant to that chakra. They were created by Joh to help connect us back to the chakras and to bring alignment and balance.
Sometimes we just need reminding in a way that is evocative, pleasurable, uplifting and engages the senses in a healing and rejuvenating way. You may purchase on the day and my ETSY. Special offers will apply at this event.
About Joh Johnson
Joh is a Sound healing therapist and author. Her introduction into the world of Sound healing came after training and qualifying in other therapies including Cognitive Hypnotherapy, EFT, Theta Healing and Massage. Joh has been a Reiki Master for more than 20 yrs.
Joh uses mostly the Symphonic Gong as it carries the widest range of tones, frequencies and harmonics to facilitate a healing response. The tones will vibrate the cells of the body, and where there is a lack of `harmony’ or discordance in the body, the Gong will support and bring greater equilibrium to the body. The experience allows you to become cocooned and wrapped in an envelope of nurturing energy where nothing else exists except the sounds. In this relaxed, elevated and meditative state, the mental, emotional and physical body becomes superconducting and super-regenerative, where a triggered self-healing response can take place more readily.
Joh also works with the less familiar Tuning Pipes which are the same as tuning forks but louder and more resonant for longer. They play single notes that target and interact more specifically with particular energy spots bringing about major positive shifts in the energetic patterns within and surrounding the human body.
The frequencies generated can help shift stuck energy blocks quickly and effectively. The sound is pure and will quickly move you into a space of lightness as it re-attunes, re-aligns you, moving you into a greater state of harmony.
