Yoga with Amelia

Every Thursday 17:15-18:15

Yoga with Amelia includes pranayama and meditation with Hatha-based asana, as she was taught in India. The practice will be a steady flow, building on strength and flexibility, igniting the internal fires during these seasonal shifts of darkening and cooler weather.

Beginners to immediate classes. Adjustments always available.

Everyone is welcome to come together to combine awareness with movement!

ABOUT AMELIA

Amelia is an artist, horticulturalist and yoga practitioner. Born in the UK but travelling regularly since her early 20s, yoga has always helped bring a sense of home and stability. The practice of Asana and Meditation in turbulent times has brought her back to a sense of peace and value for her body. Amelia is passionate about valuing the body for all it holds as an incredible vessel we all have and often overlook. Amelia is now keen to share her passion and energy for yoga through classes which offer a dynamic and reflective way to come home to ourselves and cultivate a deep sense of inner knowing.

Teaching is fairly new to Amelia, although she’s held a strong personal practice and passion for yoga for over 8 years. In the last two years, Amelia completed a Yin 50-hour in Bali, Indonesia and a 200-hour Hatha more recently in Rishikesh, India. Amelia has embarked on numerous trips around the globe, following many different yoga teachers to be inspired by and learn with. In July 2025, she spent time at an ashram in rural India, deepening her style of dynamic meditation.
