A deep release class designed to relax, de-stress and rejuvenate you at every level. With an easy chilled out feel, these hatha yoga classes will focus on alignment, individual attention and breathing. Slower than a dynamic practice, but still challenging, with more of an emphasis on deep stretches and mindful breathing. A mixed level class, beginners can take advantage of the slower pace to build their awareness and skills whilst more experienced practitioners can deepen their practice in a warm and nurturing environment. A great complement to more dynamic classes.

About the teacher
Kanwal has been practising yoga for 16 years and teaching since 2010. She was drawn to yoga as a way of keeping a centre of gravity whilst doing a busy job working on women’s and girls’ human rights overseas. Sensing that there was more to yoga than simply ‘keeping fit’ she was drawn to the connection between the mind, body and spirit and embarked on a teacher training course in 2010. Kanwal is a member of the Independent Yoga Network.
