Join us for a slow-down Sunday session open to all levels, with gentle restorative YIN yoga, a deliciously soothing SOUND BATH & a joyous SONG CIRCLE with mantra, LIVE music, guitar & song ~
The SUNDAY session will begin with slow & easeful practice to open breath & body including a gentle Yin sequence woven into LIVE sung mantra ~ We’ll dive deeper into a delicious sonic landscape via the Sound Bath, enjoying the healing vibrations of sound on our being, dancing the molecular make up of each & every cell. From there we’ll explore together sounding & simple mantra (call/response) both in Sanskrit & English, some rounds, learn a fun song or two & explore harmonies & generally see where our unified voices take us!
Belle Greenwood is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with over 20 years of experience, as well as a singer/songwriter. For the past 16 years, she has led yoga retreats internationally, incorporating her singer/songwriter hat to share mantra, music, and singing. Belle continues her musical career and is currently recording her own solo project. She has been a practising Buddhist since 2002.
Belle will be co-leading with Madeleine Hutchins who has a background in theatre and has worked nationally & internationally as an actor for over 20 years. She teaches yoga & meditation & guides embodied practices with lightness & creativity.
