Saturday 6th September, 12:45-16:15, from £19.67
Most of us spend our lives around people, yet rarely stop to notice what actually happens within us while we’re with them.
Do you lean in or pull away?
Do you perform, people-please or protect yourself?
What stories, assumptions and emotions appear before a single word is spoken?
What happens if you slow down enough to notice what else may be there?
This is a 3.5-hour experiential workshop exploring awareness, authentic connection and the hidden patterns that shape our relationships.
Through carefully guided exercises, movement and meaningful conversations, you’ll discover how you relate to yourself and others in real time—not through theory, but through direct experience.
You don’t need to be outgoing, confident or experienced. You won’t be asked to overshare or perform vulnerability. Every exercise is an invitation, and your boundaries will always be respected.
Come curious.
Come alone or with a friend.
Just bring your human self.
