A guided, experiential workshop exploring love, dating, intimacy and authentic connection.
Through mindful awareness, relational practices, playful exercises and 1:1 exploration, we’ll slow things down and become curious about what happens to us when someone matters, how we connect, protect ourselves, express our needs, navigate boundaries and make space for another person without losing ourselves.
This is not a dating event, and you don’t need to be single or actively looking for a relationship. Singles, couples and everyone in between are welcome.
No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
