Community Assisted Stretching + MSK Therapy

Every Wednesday 12:30 to 16:30

Zen Stretch sessions are designed to provide a community setting for anyone needing a little help taking care of their body.

We offer treatment for aches, injuries or full body-work to assist with any kind of movement or training. Depending on needs, this may include hand-on work, guidance with stretch and conditioning, or just a little extra understanding and an environment to unwind.

During our time in the studio, we treat it as a quiet open space: anybody is welcome to pop in for a cuppa, do a little light stretching themselves, or have a chat and ask some questions to our therapists between clients.

Beneficial for:

  • Muscular tension reduction and pain relief
  • Exercise recovery including ‘DOMS’
  • Common sports injuries including back pain, hip or shoulder impingement, golf/tennis elbow, knee or ankle strain
  • Neck, shoulder and jaw (TMJ) tension
  • Relaxation + aiding complimentary mindfulness practices
