Monday Morning Flow with Imogen

Every Monday 07:30-08:30

In this class to start your week right, we’ll flow through sun salutations to gently wake you up and move through poses to help develop your practice and focus. We’ll end with some pranayama (breathing techniques) before you absorb all the benefits of your practice in shavasana and then step into your week.

This is a mixed-level dynamic vinyasa based class with options for different levels of experience.

ABOUT IMOGEN

Yoga has been a practice Imogen has come back to again and again since her first class as a teenager. It has provided her with a grounding, playful and reflective space – and you can expect this from her classes too.

She completed her 200hour vinyasa training with Yogarise (led by Becky Farbstein, including senior teachers, Erin Prichard & Rishin Paonaskar).
