Pregnancy Yoga with Daisy Pattison-Corney

Every Thursday 17:30-18:30 from 3rd September

Pregnancy is one of life’s great thresholds—a time of profound physical, emotional and psychological change. This class offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down, listen deeply and prepare for birth with confidence, presence and care.
Drawing on both ancient yogic wisdom and contemporary research, each session combines safe movement, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation to support you throughout pregnancy. Suitable for all trimesters, the practice helps ease common discomforts, improve strength and mobility, calm the nervous system and cultivate the qualities that matter most in pregnancy, birth and early motherhood, like: presence, self-trust, non-judgement and compassion.

Alongside the physical practice, the class gently explores mindfulness and the psychology of pregnancy, offering practical tools for meeting uncertainty, navigating change and responding to the challenges of motherhood with greater steadiness and ease.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, you will be invited to move at your own pace, honour your own experience and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your changing body.
The class concludes with a deeply restorative relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, nourished and ready to meet the week ahead.
