Yin Yoga with Victoria

Every Wednesday 20:00-21:00, from 13th May

This nourishing and restorative yin yoga practice welcomes all abilities, offering a calm and supportive space to slow down, rest, and turn inward. Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative style of practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle supporting deep relaxation and inner awareness.

Rooted in nature, each class invites a sense of grounding and embodiment, reminding us of our connection to the natural world. Incorporating philosophy, meditation and breathwork, this class aims to bring balance to our everyday lives.

ABOUT VICTORIA

Victoria journey with yoga began 11 years ago, when she discovered its ability to cultivate presence and awareness. Since then, she’s continued to explore yoga, completing a 200-hour teacher training and a 50-hour yin training in Rishikesh, India.
